Headlice

Can we please ask all parents to check their children’s hair for headlice regularly and treat if necessary.  The whole family needs to be treated if evidence of headlice is found.

If you find that your child does have headlice, please ensure that you inform the school.

We understand that headlice treatments are expensive, an alternative is to use conditioner and a fine tooth comb,  but if all families check and treat as necessary, hopefully it will reduce the spead of headlice.

Children with long hair should have it tied back everyday whilst in school to help prevent the spread of headlice.

Thank you for your help and cooperation with this.
