St James Primary School Newsletter
Respect Perseverance Trust
We are so excited to be welcoming everyone back on Monday – it is so long since we were last all together, we are really looking forward to a greater sense of normality.
As all children return on Monday, we will still have to maintain the procedures we had in place in September to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Children will be in in bubbles and we will do everything we can to make sure that these remain separate throughout the day.
We may be coming out of lockdown, but we do still need to be vigilant to help make sure that all members of the school community are safe.
We have had a generous donation from the Ray Collins Trust in Wantage of 10 new chrome books. This has meant that we have sufficient devices in school to make sure that as many pupils as possible have access to the appropriate technology to be able to join us in remote learning. Thank you so much to Ray Collins and everyone involved in the charity for this donation.
The Friends of St James have been working incredibly hard through lockdown to help us develop the reflection area in school. The improvements already made are brilliant and we are all excited about this project and seeing it to completion. If you are able to help do please let us know.
The bears are clearly settling in well – thank you to the Friends who helped us to fund this
