St James pupils had a wonderful visit to the new Academy Trust Phizz Lab, funded by the Ogden Trust. They did practical sessions run by scientists from Infineum, explorer dome, engineering tasks and a forest school session. They all came back very excited about their science adventure!
We are so grateful to the PYE Family Trust who have given St James a grant that has enabled our cabin to have electricity fitted over the summer. This means we have an all year round space for the children of St James that can be used for therapy, well-being and a quiet place to enjoy during lunchtimes. Having this space makes a massive difference to the children and will be enjoyed by them for years to come!
St James CE Primary School are so grateful to the Community Village Shop, who at the end of term donated an incredibly generous £1000 to school, which we are planning to spend on more amazing equipment for the children to enjoy outside. Thank you so much!
A massive thank you to the wonderful members of St James CE Primary School for putting on such an amazing community event! Not many primary schools can claim to have put on a music festival! A massive thank you also to the wonderful members of the Hanney community for the brilliant support that was given to make this event such a brilliant success!
