Pupils Presented with their CCA Awards by Representative from Williams Engineering
On Friday 28 April, Katie Light from Williams Engineering joined staff, pupils and Vale Academy Trust representatives for the first Character & Citizenship Awards (CCA) ceremony to be held at St James.
At a special celebration assembly Bronze, Silver and Gold Award Certificates and Badges were presented to the children who had succeeded in completing various challenges relating to the different award levels. Headteacher Lucy Ottaway said: "The children are really keen to work through the challenges and we're supporting all the children to look ahead to what they can achieve next. We all share a sense of pride in their success."
