St James' staff are on an exciting journey to develop our pedagogical approaches, based on the needs of all children and current learning research, supported by the Education Endowment Foundation and the  WALKTHROUS teaching tools.

This approach will allow all our children to flourish to be the best they can be 'for the good of all'
